You can search by EdgeVend part number or by manufacturer and manufacturer part number. The lookup loads product variant specific cutting data where available.

Which process data can be shown?

Depending on the tool type, the lookup can show cutting speed, feed per tooth, feed per revolution, depth of cut, radial engagement, coolant, operation, material group, grade, stage and pre-drill information.

Are the cutting values final machine settings?

No. The values are starting recommendations for professional CNC use and must be checked against machine stability, toolholding, coolant, material condition and application risk.
