No Right of Withdrawal (B2B Only)

Important notice: EdgeVend sells exclusively to business customers (B2B). We do not enter into contracts with consumers.

1. No Consumer Withdrawal Right

Under EU and German consumer protection rules, a statutory right of withdrawal (commonly 14 days) applies to certain contracts with consumers. Because EdgeVend contracts only with business customers (entrepreneurs), this statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made through our store.

2. Returns and Complaints (RMA)

Although there is no consumer withdrawal right, we handle legitimate returns and complaints in a structured way:

• Defects, wrong delivery, and transport damage are handled via our Returns & RMA process.
• Returns require prior approval and an RMA number before anything is shipped back.
• Where applicable, the manufacturer may inspect returned goods and provide an assessment.
